Refund and Exchange Policy

Return Procedures
Please call Natural Patches of Vermont, Inc. at (800) 340-9083 for authorization before returning any product. No returns of any type will be accepted without prior authorization. Authorization is valid for 14 business days after issue. All returns must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Refusing shipment without prior authorization will not be accepted as a valid return. A 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping and handling charges will be imposed on all unauthorized returns.
Merchandise returned 6 months from the date of purchase is subject to a 20% restocking fee. No product will be accepted for return 12 months from the date of purchase.
Damaged Product:
Notification of damaged merchandise must be received within 5 business days of receipt of product. Damaged shipping packages should be set aside for inspection by shipping carrier prior to notification. Replacement product will be sent or credit issued, on a case by case basis.
Defective Product:
Defective Product will be accepted for return or exchange on a case by case basis within 14 days from the date of purchase. If an exchange is not desired, we reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or credits will be granted after 14 days.
Incorrect Product Received:
Notification of discrepancy must be received within 5 business days of receipt of product. Return authorization shall be granted and replacement product shall be shipped at no cost to the customer.
Once the returned product has been received and processed an account credit will be issued.
Expired Product:
No returns or exchanges shall be granted on expired product.
Unauthorized or Refused Returns
Natural Patches of Vermont, Inc will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages returned without prior authorization will be refused by our warehouse. A 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and handling charges will be imposed for shipments refused by the customer.
