Complaint: I purchased Microsoft office 2010/installed for 139.99. They started on December 3 and tried to install and would only call me back at a few times this went on until December 12 and finally I had enough. Nine days in way to long to wait for my office to be installed. I called and said I wanted a refund. He said no I can solve this right now, I want to finish it. I said no its been 9 days I want my money back. Nine days is to long. Please give me my money back. I called several times about a refund and he said he has to talk to the refund people. I have been waiting since the 12th for a refund. This must be a branch on Business America services. Its called 247 Get Support, when charge to my account it said Business America Services. 247 Get Support address is *** Route **, Suite *** *******, VT *****. 247getsupport.com firstname.lastname@example.org
Desired Settlement: I want a refund back to my account.
Business Response: We wish to bring to your attention that Business America Services is an order fulfillment company that provide business services to other companies. One of these companies is a customer of ours by the name of 247 Get Support. We provide them with the following services: Mail Forwarding Service: This permits them to use our address with a suite number so that all their mail would come to our address and we would forward it on them. Third Party Credit Card Processing: In the past we would process their credit card sales, thereby our descriptor would show up on their customer’s credit card statement. Should we receive a complaint from one of their customers, we always forward it on to them immediately to resolve. We are not in the computer IT business. As our client has changed their credit card processing provider, we can no longer refund any of their clients due to the fact that their previous provider has closed the account. But we do recommend to any of their clients that they have 180 days to go back to the bank that issued them their credit card and request a charge-back due to unsatisfactory service. At that time the bank is obligated to refund the funds to the client. In that manner the consumer will receive his refund.
