            I have been trying for weeks to get a my dishwasher fixed. The store I purchased the appliance through and the manufacturer both told me there is nothing they can do. I have to rely and Lloyds repair service out of *******, ******* to take care of my broken dishwasher. After many calls and trying to set an appointment, someone finally came over. After they told me I needed to wait at home all day for a call.....When the repair person came over, he looked at the dishwasher for a couple minutes and then said he needed to order a part. He told me he thought It would be a couple days. I believe we are now over two weeks. I cant get a response or an update. I truly believe they do not intend on fixing it at all. Its incredibly frustrating as this dishwasher is less than a year old and between the factory, the distributor and the repair company, they just point the finger at one another and I'm left with a defective appliance.

            Exceptional service and response. Brandt Powell is the technician who served us. He was prompt and on-time, assessed the situation quickly and helped repair our riding mower to our satisfaction.
