              I would like the extended warranty refunded to my loan like it should've been months ago. I canceled my extended warranty Oct. 11 or 12. Was told it would take 4 weeks and the money would be refunded back to my loan. I called the extended warranty company in November and it was confirmed they had canceled the warranty and funds were released, so the dealership just needed to pay the money back to the loan. I've called multiple times with no answer. And even called and left voice-mail with gm. When I did talk to somebody in January they said they were new and they would take a look. A week later called again *** was told to contact the accounting office. I've called them twice and left voice mails with no response. I called the ******* dealership this past Friday and was told they'd send emails. I still have not received an update. The warranty has been cancelled since November and I would like the money credited to the loan. I do not feel I should have to make this many phone calls to have a simple thing done. When the refund is processed I would also like to receive a copy to make sure I am getting refunded the correct amount. This has also costed me a lot of extra money in interest because I want to refinance at a lot lower interest rate and have been waiting and waiting on this refund to be able to refinance.

              Bought new ************** than a year ago. The service department didnt seem to know much about how the different components worked. I talked to them twice about no hot water and they just laughed saying that it was as good as I could expect. I almost believed them, even though Ive owned 3 airstreams and Im not a newbie. I finally called the company who makes the hot water system, while I was on a **** mile road trip. They talked me through resetting the system, which was very easy and it has been fine ever since. Ive had to trouble shoot on my own for various other components as well. Recently I received a recall notice regarding the necessity of installing cables to hold the lithium battery so as to prevent catastrophic fires. It took over a month for the part to finally arrive at dealer and I had to reschedule the appointment 4 times to accommodate the slowness. When I made the appointment I was told that it would take an hour and a half. I told them Id be waiting because I lived over 40 miles away. I scheduled at 10 am. They neglected to tell me that they all take lunch from ****, company policy. So when I came back from walking around the dumpy little town where dealer is located, no one was there who could tell me anything because it was 12:30 and they still hadnt finished the work. When they finally returned from lunch I was told by the tech it would take at least another hour and a half and while Im writing this they texted to let me know it would be longer. I let them know they shouldve communicated clearly about their lunch break and that I wouldve been better off leaving my van if I didnt want to wait around all day with nothing to do. They seem to simply not care and think its no big deal to make a customer wait the entire day. Its the worst customer service Ive gotten anywhere. If there had been another dealer in the area I wouldve purchased my $210.000 van anywhere else. They are very good at making excuses & gaslighting the customer.
