    Bought our new home in middleton which has AMI managing the **** We have had zero questions answered and have had the manager only tell us to please come to their office so they can explain everything, under the new laws that took affect in July they are to mail a copy of all invoices and receipts with accounting details if requested. They told us they will not do so. A person in our neighborhood was going to take the time to go to said office and get the information and was told he needed to pay them $175/ hour since this is not a usual request. They do not represent our neighborhood or provide any service to our neighborhood.

    Absolute JOKE of an HOA. We pay high fee and get nothing. No accountability at all. Complaining is pointless because nothing is ever done. I was told 3 weeks in between notices....so basically my neighborhood is filled with yards covered in dandelions who don’t do anything or take any responsibility with maintenance… The HOA will give them a slap on the wrist then three weeks later and give them another slap on the wrist then three weeks later another notice then three weeks later maybe finally do some thing about it so the seasons over and it doesn’t matter anymore anyway. I’ve been complaining for 2 1/2 years I’m done! I know many of my neighbors and I am not the only one complaining and I am not the only one who feels this way about this company and that nothing is ever done or accomplish and it’s pointless and what are we paying for?

    We are in receipt of your BBB review. AMI recently acquired the management company that had previously managed your association for the last couple of years. With the acquisition we have placed a new manager as of Jan 2021 at Franklin Village. The community manager noted on her last inspection that there was a problem with general weeds in yards throughout the community. This was addressed in a community wide email that was sent April 30th. Since April we have sent 12 violations specifically regarding landscape issues. We cannot speak to the issues you have had with the previous management, or previous manager, however we can tell you that we follow a process to allow the homeowner adequate time to remedy any violation. As a professional we do not disclose where a homeowner is at on a violation, but we do take it very seriously as our goal is to maintain property value and uphold your governing documents direction. As this will be our first Summer as your management company, we would ask that you reconsider the review you posted, as this reflected your previous management company Boardwalk and is not a true reflection of the standards we have, nor our company and manager.
