Complaint: We contracted with this company to come spray for bug and pest the amount was $89.00 every three month and if you referred someone to there company they give you $30.00 off next billing service which we did referred. we sign in our contract that they may take out the money at the time only on a FRIDAY. They agreed to these terms and made a note on the form. the second time they took money out of out account they took it out on a Thursday not Friday we call them and let them know that they only could take it out on Friday cause I get paid on that day. they said sorry and refunded us and it wont happen again and they said the bolded the note stating only take out the money on Friday's. the next week they took out $89.00 again this time on a WEDNESDAY and not gave us our $30.00 because we referred someone. they now have overdraft our bank account twice because they failed to follow there own contract. we want our money back and not to be charge for canceling our contract with them we no long want their business due there billing system and not upholding there contract

Desired Settlement: we would like our money back and of $89.00 and to cover our over draft fee totaling $110.00 we have a copy of the contract and our bank statement stating that this is all true.

Business Response:

 In reference to **** ********* it was resolved the day the complaint was filed by the customer.  Our office manager immediately contacted the customer and issued a full refund, including covering the overdraft fees and credited the customer’s account for another quarterly service.  We did uphold our contract by servicing their home in the months stated.  The customer’s desired resolution was not just granted but an additional credit to their account was made by the office manager as well as a sincere apology.  The customer has agreed to stay with our company and we look forward to maintaining a great relationship of trust and service.
