              I called Clarity Credit Union on behalf of a client who needed the data from past transactions for accounting purposes. After spending more than an hour an a half on the phone with an incompetent customer service representative, I was finally transferred to a woman who identified herself as the *** of the credit union. After repeatedly explaining what data we were requesting, it was clear she did not understand our request. When I asked to speak to someone above her she said she then claimed she was the **** This seemed to have offended her, and she locked the account after disconnecting the call, my client now has no access to the account. There is nothing ************* about this credit union. As a direct response to my and my client's treatment, I will be discouraging all new clients from opening accounts with CCU, and encourage ALL existing clients to move over to Idaho Central Credit Union.
