I purchased a ******* galaxy s7 fe 5g tablet on **** from cascade wireless llc. they claimed the tablet was ready for activation and had a clean imei. I tried to activate it with my carrier att and it would not activate. I was advised by the business to contact us cellular customer support. Upon doing this I found that the imei was not clean and had in fact been blacklisted by us cellular because the original purchaser did not pay for the device. Us cellular also stated that its totally against their agent policy for cascade wireless to be selling these devices on **** to anyone. I was advised to get the seller to replace the tablet with one that matches the description that was set forth in the **** listing. I purchased this tablet for work, for a trip I had to take on 3/1/22 to phoenix. I have contacted the seller and they claim no knowledge of this. Us cellular is conduction an investigation into this company and its practices.
