    Our car broke down last September 2022 on a trip to *******. We looked up the closest *** ******* and found ourselves, dropping the car off at Kendall *** in *****, Idaho. When we purchased this car, we bought an extended warranty through a third-party And we began going through the paperwork to get that started. We were told that they were very busy and understaffed and that they would not be able to get to our vehicle for several weeks. we understood as we had no options left. fast forward to December approximately 12 weeks later they finally stated on ******************************************************** the next week. Fast forward to the end of January when they supposedly began working on our car, we began communicating with the service department regarding the timeline of the potential repairs. We were told the head needed to be rebuilt and they were sending it off the beginning of February to be rebuilt by an outside machine shop. Again we continue to receive information that our car would be done in the next couple days four weeks, here we are in 1 March and we continue to receive false information and lies specific to when our vehicle will be worked on and finished every time we call them they tell us itll be done in the next couple days at this point, we dont believe anything they are telling us we are at a loss considering we live in ********** and cannot actually visit this dealership in person. Kendall *** has had our vehicle for almost 6 months now this is bad business bad practice and unacceptable for us to be left without our family vehicle for six months, and no end in sight.

    Kendall website posts 50 5-star ratings from buyers, stacked deck. BBB website, Kendall average is 1 star. You decide the truth but think wisely!My new 2018 ************ shut off while driving twice in one day on 3rd day after I bought it. 4 years later, still shuts off driving, 125 times now. Recalls on malfunction are factory conceived. Class action lawsuits in 20 states. Kendall says, cannot work on a vehicle we can't see shut off when we test drive it for 15 min. I nearly died; car shut off twice at 70mph. *** says burden of proof is on them.My car wont start randomly, 60 times. Stuck for hours in my garage or parking lots. Kendall Auto will not repair, they say, cannot work on a vehicle that we can't see it, not start. Recall on malfunction, class action lawsuits for this in 20 states. ****** Shift to Park malfunction.Car goes into reduced engine power mode. 70mph to 10mph, thats your top speed for a long time. Factory defect Kendall Auto won't repair, they say, we can't repair a vehicle we can't see it in reduced engine power mode on 15-minute test. Kendall Auto baited me to purchase, then switched from bogus warranty to policy after purchase, then make up rules. No warranty on factory conceived defects. Thousands are stuck.These 3 factory malfunctions have occurred in Malibus from 2015 to 2020, ****** issues, see yourself. GM manufacturing new vehicles yearly, known malfunctions, not disclosing defects to buyers before you buy, no remorse, big scam. Nobody can be that stupid & manufacture a car with same defects 5 years straight. GM eliminating warranties to save $$$. Bait/Switch operation. Known as, Corporate ************* ****** it.Only 20% of vehicles manufactured have recalls repaired, like a lottery. The other 80% with same malfunctions, are forced to sign up with an attorney/class action lawsuit, you get nothing. GM wins. They want $12,000, half what I paid for car to repair their factory malfunctions. Car is worthless as is.
