Complaint: I *** ******** purchased a 1998 ford ranger pickup back in feburary of 2012 and i ran into some financial problems so on july 20th 2012 i couldnt afford to make payments on my truck anymore so i called teton toyota and talked to crystal and told her i have to bring back my truck as a voluntary repossion and she said for me to come in and fill out a paper that im bringing back the truck so i *** called my friend to come with me so i can have a ride back home. After i filled out the paper saying im bringing back the truck, i *** and my friend ****** ********* walking towards his car so we can leave, ***** ***** ** ***** ******* and 5 other employees came out and started trouble with me and my friend ******. ***** looked at me and stated what are you doing, why are you bring back your truck that we worked hard getting you into. I *** stated im sorry i just cant afford it anymore then ***** and his coworkers ganged up on me and my friend and started cussing and dissing me and my friend and calling me and my friend bad names such as the * word and kept telling us to leave and as we kept trying to leave they kept causing more problems such as calling me and my friend bad words and called my friend ****** ****** a * *** old man just because i couldnt afford to pay for my truck anymore and i was nice enough to bring them the vehicle instead of them coming to find it. They have the worst customer service ive ever seen.
Desired Settlement: me and my friend would like an apology from everyone that said cuss words to me and my friend cause that was absolutley uncalled for. ******* from teton toyota told me that they are going to have to sell the truck and if they cant get the full balance that i owed on the truck that i will have to pay the difference, sence this happened i absolutley refuse to pay the difference and i wont pay the difference because of this.
Business Response: We are in the process of trying to resolve this issue but it is taking a lot of time. We are happy to make sure this customer is pleased with the service received with us.
