New Feature on– Live Chat

Earlier this year, we began testing an online chat platform for businesses and consumers as an alternate way to connect with your BBB. The chat function is currently operational on our homepage and BBB Accredited Business log-in page, and may be added to additional pages in the future. If you find yourself at either of these pages and aren’t sure of your next step, you have the option to click the “chat now” window in the lower right corner, or– if we notice you idling on the page in confusion– a chat invitation will be sent to you. From there you will be connected with any one of 7-10 chat BBB team members, all located in the Cincinnati BBB office. We are available to assist with simple requests like locating a charity’s phone number, to more complicated needs such as helping business owners update their Business Reviews. If you have questions or would like to learn more about ways to connect with your BBB, you can chat online Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm.
