BBB Consumer Guide Goes Online

BBB of Central and Northern Alberta is thrilled to once again put our Consumer Guide online. The 2012 guide highlights information about BBB and our Accredited Businesses and helps consumers find companies they can trust.

This is the second year our BBB has placed the guide online. As more consumers visit our website for information, we needed to offer this guide in a digital format. We also distribute the guide to over 300,000 households throughout our service area.
“The online guide gives consumers another resource to learn about us and our Accredited Businesses,” says Ron Mycholuk, Public Relations Manager for BBB of Central and Northern Alberta. “It looks great, it’s interactive and you can send it to your family and friends so they can use it. We’re thrilled to offer it online.”
Each year, the guide contains information for consumers. This year’s directory includes:
  • General BBB information
  • Contact information for your BBB
  • Alphabetical listing of our Accredited Businesses (Pages 5-18)
  • Accredited Business (Pages 19-52) – Interactive links allow to click on a display ad, email address or website to reach a business
  • BBB updates – Our exciting Scam Detector partnership and our new building were featured this year
