The Annual Homeowner Survey by BuildZoom.com found that homeowners rank BBB as the second most trusted source of referrals for selecting pic1 300x217 Consumers Trust BBB When Selecting a Home Contractorhome contractors, second only to personal references from friends and neighbors.

 

BBB referrals also came in second as far as customers being satisfied with the results of the work done on their homes. The other referral services included in the survey were Angie’s List, Craigslist, Google, ServiceMagic, Yellow Pages, Yelp
