Netflix has just recently called for a new agreement by users for its updated terms of service. The “Arbitration Agreement” has the user agree to give up the right to take Netflix to court and to bring any class action suits against the company, except for disputes that can be taken to small claims court, according to TechCrunch.

These new terms, taking away nearly all opportunities for the company to be taken to court over any matter, may be in response to the class action suit that Netflix lost in 2011, costing the online movie and TV subscription site $9 million.
