Apple’s iPad 3 boasts a beautiful new screen perfect for watching videos. However, watching a movie on the device can severely cut into your data plan, reports The Washington Post.
Users of the new tablet are discovering that the device uses data from their wireless network at an extremely high rate, forcing them to pay more for data services. Recently, wireless networks such as Verizon and AT&T have dropped unlimited data plans, and instead giving customers a data cap per month.
To resolve the problem, iPad owners can connect via WiFi instead of through their 4G wireless network.
