bank 150x150 Dollar Bank to Introduce Video Teller Services for Customer ConvenienceAccording to the Pittsburgh Business Times, Dollar Bank, with branches in both the Pittsburgh and Cleveland areas,  is set to bring interactive tellers to their Pittsburgh market this year. The “NCR APTRA Interactive Teller” uses a video connection with a live remote teller to allow customers not only to do banking outside of traditional hours, but also to provide them with faster service.

The joint efforts of uGenius Technology LLC and NCR Corp in creating the teller will allow customers to choose a traditional ATM transaction, or make their transactions with a remote teller via live video. In order to implement their new and convenient service, Dollar Bank’s branch employees will introduce customers to their new daily banking option.
