Warner Brothers has been sued for using a knock-off Louis Vuitton bag in The Hangover II, according to The Guardian. The designer label is upset about the airport scene in which Zach Galifianakis’s character totes several giant leather bags and yells ”Careful! That is a Louis Vuitton.”
Louis Vuitton filed a trademark suit in New York federal court alleging that Warners Bros. knew the bag was a knock-off but used it in the film anyway. Vuitton wants a share in the film’s profits and is claiming “trademark dilution, false designation of origin and unfair competition.”

Hell, the way Louis Vuitton treats all their customers they don’t deserve shi*. No need of whining now…give respect to get respect!
