Wendy’s has revamped its classic hamburger, paying attention to every painstaking detail to create ‘Dave’s Hot ‘N Juicy,’ reports USA Today.
The new burger features a thicker beef patty, crinkled pickle chips, red onions and a buttered bun, among other changes. Previously, Wendy’s burgers had not changed since 1969.
The decision to change the famous burger comes after lackluster sales and competition from growing chains such as McDonald’s and Five Guys.
Expect the burger to be a little more expensive than its predecessor, ranging between 10-20 cents more.
