Sony Corp. fell victim to an attack by Lulz Security, who claims to be responsible for compromising more than 100 million users’ personal information earlier this year, according to The Detriot News.

Sony Pictures Entertainment says approximately 37,500 users had personally identifiable information stolen in the attack targeting its website last week. The California-based company says it notified users of the breach Wednesday and warned them to change passwords.
