Six L’s, a Florida based company has issued a recall for grape tomatoes, stating they may contain salmonella. The recalled tomatoes were “Cherry Berry log code DW-H in either in clam shells or 20 lbs. cardboard containers.” The tomatoes were sold in North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida, New Jersey, New York, Michigan, Pennsylvania, California, Georgia and Canada.
Consumers who have purchased the specific lot of grape tomatoes should not eat them and should return them to the place of purchase for a full refund. Consumers with questions may contact Six L’s at 877-606-1821, ext. 3955, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
