Kept my 1150 dollar deposit to replace 3 blinds and cut the grass. When the house was in bad condition and yard was full of broken items when we moved in. Plus the letter smelled heavily of smoke. So trashy. I guarantee these 5 stars reviews are fake. Also had someone enter our home without warning like just unlocked the door and walked right in the check the water heater. Had to call them to get a heartless apology. My first bad experience with a Rental company. I've been renting at different places for 9 years and have never had a more disappointing and greedy experience. When we moved into the house it was dirty and when letting them know this and that there had to be fleas got one email and no follow up. Its so hard to get any mataintance done because the workers are so unprofessional. We agreed on a time and the mataintance worker wpuld not come at the pervious agreed time. Had to pay to fix fleas put of pocket. So much broken when moving in 6 months in and still finding things. Always waiting for owner with no communication to tenant.
