Date of transaction : May 2021 Price paid for cabinets: $9713 We can no longer keep the frustrations of our experience with Nuway Kitchens over the past eight months to ourselves and we need a final resolution to this process. **** Nolan (sales)was exceptional in helping us design our dream kitchen and she was very upfront that the normal four to six weeks was likely to be ten weeks due to delays caused by the pandemic and a boom in renovation business. We were accepting of that and moved forward and signed a contract in mid-May of this year. Almost eight months our cabinets are unfinished. Our cabinets were initially installed after 17 weeks, the last five of which we had to consistently ask for progress updates in order to advance them. Once they were installed we were still missing several doors and almost every door and panel had white overspray between the dark expresso stain and the clear finish. Twice they were taken back as the overspray was not addressed. The attached pictures show numerous areas of white specs on the dark cabinets, the upper pot drawer is not the right size and does not align with the other doors or even cover the area, when sunlight shines on one door you can see a white hand print under the fish. Despite dozens of un returned phone calls and emails we cannot get the issues address, i dont think they know how to fix it. Our concerns are not a reflection on the hard work of our designer ****, installer ****, or our repairman ****** (whom we are now awaiting his 4th visit). Their customer service was great, however we were clearly of victim of the little guy taking a back seat to contractors who ordered multiple units during a busy time. However, that has been no excuse for the significant delays that continue to distress us to this day. It troubles me that I am not able to provide a good review or reference for
