            On April 12, 2021 I received a quote from Backyard Contractors, to build a patio and fence on my property. When I asked for a contract to sign, **** ******* of Backyard Contractors told me to sign the quote and email it to her, which I did. The total of the quote was $13,582.65. During the progress of the work, ******* ****** assured me the quoted price would remain the same. There would be no extra charges. Consequently, I did not agree to, or sign for, any extra charges. The work was finished June 1, 2021. On June 2, I sent a bank draft for $13,582.65 to Backyard Contractors. On June 3, I received an invoice showing part payment $13,582.65, and Extra Charges, amount due $1978.00. After several attempts I got a meeting with ******* ****** on June 15, at 5 PM He told me he would send me a revised invoice showing$13,582.65, paid in full. On June 16, I received an invoice for Extra Charges, amount due $1978.00. I emailed him on June 22. He has not yet responded.

            They built my shed in 2022. The most friendly staff, fast turn around, and exceptional build quality. They even took proper care to clean up the site upon finishing. Something that many other contractors don't bother doing. Highly recommended for your construction needs.
