            January 29,2020 I bought two tickets to see ******** for $344.50 from the ***********, *******, **.Show was cancelled and resheduled several times. I notified them on August 21, 2021 that we didn't feel safe attending the final reschduled show. I received this email We are able to offer a refund free of charge for your ******** tickets. The card on file for your account ends in ****. If you would like the refund to go back into that account we can do it online without needing a phone call.if you would like the funds refunded to a different card you will have to call the office at ************! Let us know!I thought they were just going to credit my account. It never happened..They say I had to go on line and authorize it. I didn't realize this and now they will not give my moeny back.They say they gave all the money to the touring company.This money should have been set aside as soon as they received my notification that we could not make the show.I

            This is an entertainment venue for concerts and shows with questionable practices which are extremely unfriendly towards its customers. 1. They Do Not Deliver Tickets after transactions. As a ticket holder, you do not receive the tickets you paid for because Fox Theatre only release your ticket barcodes 48 hours before the show. They also have a monopoly-like business practice which does not allow ticket holders to resell on TicketMaster or StubHub. Because they have proprietary control of the shows, and their ticket transfer feature is not linked to TicketMaster. Therefore, TicketMaster does not honor fan-to-fan sell of Fox Theatres events. 2. You have the risk of Significant Loss because of Sudden Price Drops. After purchasing the tickets, you may find the current price of your seats dropped to a much lower price. Fox Theatre claims to price platinum seats on a fair market value, which is Complete Dishonesty. Customers are not protected by any form of price adjustment. 3. You are Denied Your Basic Right to Resell the tickets as a ticket holder. You never truly receive the tickets until 48 hours before the show. And their system is not linked to TicketMaster. So even if you have the tickets, you cannot resell them on TicketMaster. Fox Theatre would advise you to list unwanted tickets on TicketMaster even though they are fully aware of the fact that Foxs system prohibits ticket holders to resell.
