Industry Tips Swimming Pools As a matter of general information, before buying, prospective pool owners should determine specifically why a pool is desired and how it will be used. Become familiar with the various construction methods available. Local building regulations should be reviewed and understood. Beware of salespeople who tell you an advertised pool "on sale" is not worth having and then try to convince you to buy a more expensive model. Your contract should include every item of expense for materials and labor, the date the work will begin and be completed, and the total cost. All oral promises should be in writing. |
