We signed a contract for a pool in April of 2021 and here we are a year later with NO pool. I have been told that we are not as important as their other "million dollar" pools. They lied to us stating that their contractor had covid when in fact, we spoke to that sub contractor and he was on another job. They have lied to us about cost- telling us that a load of dirt was $300 then only to charge us $1100 through invoicing. They then hold your disputed invoice over your head and will not speak to you regarding resolution. They refuse to work on your pool so we have been forced to just pay whatever they decide they want to change the fee to on a whim. We have been told repeatedly from our site project manager that we are only 1 of his 24 pools and he only took our site because nobody else would. I have never paid so much for a product/service to be ridiculed and bullied over and over for a year. Our brand new decking is ruined because we have had to sit with raw, red dirt for a year in our back yard waiting on them. They have excuse after excuse. As I sit here typing, this is the 3rd day in a row that they were supposed to be here at 8:00 am but didn't show up. I have called the owner *** twice today and he sends me straight to voice mail. We have dropped off 2 checks this week so that they have ZERO excuses yet here we sit. A week with great weather and they haven't showed up once. The site manager mistakenly sent us a text talking about my husband stating "this f*&cker called me asking about the irrigation pipe". I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. My neighbor is about to call the county to file a complaint due to the massive run off in his yard and I can't say I blame him. The fencing can only hold so much back. We have had to hire other vendors ourselves to come help us get the final grading down properly. At this point, I just want my "not a million dollars" pool finished and them gone from our property.
