              I contracted with Mr. Roofer to replace my shingle roof in October of 2019. They removed my electric Attic Fan and did not inform me. I became aware of this the next summer, as my Attic was becoming VERY Hot. I recently had an Insullation Company add Attic insulation in an effort to cool my home. They advised my Attic NEEDED the Attic Fan, and quoted $1,200 to replace. I've contacted the owner of Mr. Roofer and communicated that I needed my property back and reinstalled as it should have been. Brad has responded to me that I should pay him the $1,200 and to "Stop Blaming Others" I requested to Brad to reinstall my old fan, that was functioning perfectly prior to the new roof. He's advised they threw my property away after the re roof. I can provide photos of the Attic Fan in place prior to the re roof. Need some help to resolve.
