Additional Complaint Information
We have received a pattern of complaints indicating consumers are required to pay upfront distribution checks received from their insurance company before work begins. Some consumers report never actually receiving a written estimate or itemize list of work to be done. The company works mainly for whatever amount is offered by the insurance company. Other consumers have indicated they were charged additional monies if the insurance company failed to pay more. We have received complaints reporting that once the company receives the signed insurance check they have to wait weeks sometimes months before the work begins. There are also complaints from consumers indicating difficulties getting in contact with someone after the fees were paid and inferior work. Furthermore we have been advised, the company does not have roofers on staff. They hire subcontractors to perform these services.
