Last March I paid $4600 for Lasik surgery performed by Dr. ********************** at Woolfson Eye Institute to help correct my distance. I was told I would still need reading glasses to see close up. Since day one, my distance has been blurry and NEVER corrected. I was told to give it one month, then two months and then six months to clear up but it never did. I came in several times explaining that they did not correct my vision correctly and I was once told by one of their doctors it would not get better and to buy glasses. I was also given poor excuses as to why and even told once by Dr. ********************** to adjust to the blurriness like he has because my vision was better than his and I told him I didn't pay to adjust to the blurriness. I've asked for a partial refund and was ignored. No one should pay that much money for a procedure and not get what they paid for, then given every excuse why it didn't work. I believe it was not done correctly and should be refunded so I may go to another doctor to correct their mistake. I've was told that the *** would call me to try and work this out but never heard from anyone because they have my money and have completely moved on to the next patient. It's not right and they should not get away with taking my money and not doing what I paid for. I do not trust that Dr. ********************** knows what he's doing and would just like to resolve this by going to another facility to correct what they did not.
