Attached you will find that I had 2 systems ********** ****) installed on March 18, 2016. In the Proposal and Agreement(attached), it is clearly stated that there is a 10 year parts warranty and 10 year compressor warranty dated 3-16-16 with the total price of $6720.00, signed by *****************(Owner). I gave the green light and two days later the job was completed and paid for, for the total amount of $6720.00....invoice#***** is attached. On August 5th 2022 it was diagnosed that the blower motor in my upstairs unit had failed, and after finding out that my **** system was no longer under warranty I had ******* Heating and Air replace my blower motor on August 9th 2022 without warranty for the amount of $700.00. See ******* Heating and Air attached invoice. On August 5th 2022, I was able to contact ***************** and sent him the ********************* Invoice, and the serial number the the **** system. He mentioned that the parts should've been under warranty and that he would look into the matter. But after that night I was no longer able to get in contact with him. I sent him a couple of text messages, a phone call with voicemail, and Email. No response has been returned. This was when I made the decision to have ******* Heating and Air repair my ****. I understand that AccuAir would not be responsible for labor. ******* Heating and Air did quote me $189.00 to replace the blower motor if it was under warranty. ******* Heating and Air would also be able to provide this quote. AccuAir should honor the warranty, but since they did not they should at least honor the repair fee.
