    I booked a condo through booking back in October for Dec *****th as a Christmas gift for my family. I called the condo on Nov 26th & paid for the stay & the passed to the amenities for our stay. On December 23rd I am looking at the ************* FB page & find a calendar for this ********** states all amenities close on the 24th @ 3pm & do not reopen until the 26th. So I call to the resort & ask about it. Once they did confirm they are closing even though they sold me passes less than a month ago. I advised the amenities at this property were the only reason I booked the stay. I ask for a full refund of passes & our stay for lack of communication from this property as they should have notified us sooner that they decided to close everything after selling us the passes. But they did not. I have requested a refund from them several ************ continue to refuse. We did not stay there because they did not inform us of these closings. Please help me get my money back.

    High pressure sales left us with a time share that we will never use. The resort has been through many financial difficulties and struggles will not release us from our deeded property. I have asked for them to try to give my property away and help me rid myself of this property and they will not help. They only want money to help try to finance a sinking ship.
