    DO NOT COME HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. Im a long time customer with them and Im disappointed with **************** and ****. I brought my car to them on a Monday because it wouldnt crank back up and they put a starter in it just to give it back to me that same day and the car completely shuts off. I didnt even have the car for a hour once they gave it to me and it stopped while i was driving with a customer in the back seat as i was about to do lyft. (Embarrassing). I had someone help me to get a jump and they couldnt because they crossed wire my negative and positive and couldnt get no type of jump because it would spark and blew my cables trying. I had to spend the rest of the money i had to get it towed back to them that same day but the shop was closed bout time the tow truck dropped it off. The next few days i repeatedly came everyday check on the car and **************** refused to reimburse me for having it towed back to the shop because they incorrectly did the work wrong and will not acknowledge that. He took $300 plus dollars from me because they continue to guess what MIGHT be wrong with the car. I been sitting at home and out of work for two weeks while the car sat at the shop because they dont know what happen when they are the ones who ****** the car up. **************** towed the car back to me after two weeks and told me thats all he can do and cannot give me a reimbursement for using my money to tow it back to them which is insane because i just gave them money to give me a car back that broke down literally 30 mins after receiving it back from them. So do not spend your money with these people because they will guess what it is and tell you thats the problem when In reality it may not be. I say that because i have seen customers coming back after just getting they car done and complaining about hearing the same issues. I been going to them for three years and they way he just didnt care about the situation was just a slap in my face and pretty much a money grab like they always do.

    On November 18th, I dropped my vehicle 2021 Black Tahoe RST to **************** (the owner) at Metro Automotive Services, LLC. for a ding repair and paint on the driver door. He informed me that my ding repair and paint job on driver door would cost me $125. He told me to drop the truck off at 7:45am and that the Black 2021 Tahoe would be ready at 3:30pm that afternoon. He also stated that he will need to purchase the supplies from *******************************. When I brought him the truck, my truck didn't have any scratches or any damages just the small ding. The truck was brought to him clean on the exterior and interior. I called him at 3:00pm to ask if I could pick my truck up but he ignored my calls. I continued to call him because my coworker was taking me to pick up the truck. ****************, the owner, finally returned my call at 4:45pm and informed me that the truck isn't ready because they need to do a wet sand and buff and that it would be ready the next day, Friday, November 19th in the morning. The next morning at 10:00am, I called **************** and he didn't answer. I called continuously until 12:30pm and he still ignored me after he already informed me that truck would be ready in the morning as promised. I decided to Uber to pick up my truck since he refused to answer my calls. When I got to the shop the truck wasn't even ready and he informed that it will be ready at 5:30pm. I waited patiently in the waiting room.At 5:30pm, I walked outside and noticed that the detailed worker was washing my truck. After he dried my truck, I noticed that door looked worse than when I brought it. He informed me that he will try to fix the door because he can see that it was not done correctly. He told me since the following week is Thanksgiving to return the truck on Tuesday, November 30th because his painter could have done a better job.I returned Tuesday, November 30th at 7:30am to get the door fixed. He told me that it would be ready that afternoon. Again, the truck wasn't ready and he told me to pick it up on Wednesday, December 1st. I picked up the truck and my entire door was damaged even more and the interior of the door. The door next to the driver door was scratched so bad and other areas of the driver door. The paint was running down the door and the paint was chipping off under the door handle. My entire truck felt like sand from the over spray. He told me that I need to return it again because he realized that door was even worse then when I brought it to him. He said he will get it right. I came back on Monday, December 6th at 7:30am. After work, I left my job to pick up my truck at 4:00pm. My truck wasn't even touched and was sitting in the same parking spot when I left it outside. He told me that he would texted me at 12:00pm that day to let me know if my truck was ready because they needed to do the wet sand and buff that day. I received a message at 3:14pm that his painter just got to work at 1:30pm and that he is having problems and he claims that he needs more supplies to get the Tahoe painted. **************** also wrote in the message that he would need to find another painter to do redo the job on the door. He failed to realize that he damaged my 2021 Tahoe and refused to take responsibility. I've been back and forth with **************** and his painter and the job gets worse every time. This is a brand new truck that was brought into him neat, cleaned, and with no damages other than the small ding on the driver door. I noticed the door wasn't done properly, paint was unpainted, door was damaged, entire door was scratch and other door, interior of driver door was scratched, and my entire truck was over sprayed which made me notice that the repair wasnt done. This is a serious matter because this is not how I brought my new truck in.This is something that was not expected from your reputed garage. I went to get an estimate from another paint repair shop and they informed me that the ding repair could have been fixed with a simple tool in which my door should not have been painted, doors should not have been scratched, wet sand, and over sprayed should not have been used and the Metro Automotive Services damaged my truck completely.I went back to him today, December 8th at 3:30pm with my stepfather to speak with him about the damages to my truck that should not have happened. He was defensive from the moment I pulled up to his business. I stayed calm and professional and he was rude and unprofessional the entire time. He informed that he isn't going to pay to fix the damages. He directed me to go to a place of his choice "******* ************************ because he is not paying "****************************************************" a dime. The proper gesture as a business owner would have been to say can you please go get a quote from two other collision centers. He continued to walk away and informed me that I want "perfection," however what he failed to realize is that this truck was brought in with none of the damages listed above. The damages and repairs came up to be $3,000.
