Complaint
Completed repairs, replacing spark plugs, bleed power steering pump of air and clean throttle body. Car would not idle properly when returned and car now has a loud squeal.When my wife immediately asked about the squeal she was told sorry it was there. Not the case. When she called the next day to inquire about the high idle she was told they would look at it but nothing wrong, meaning they would charge her. All remaining issues with the car are directly associated with things they worked on. It is clear they did not do the job properly and should redo their work.

I would like for them to honor the commitment when they accepted the job to repair fix the issues and ensure the customer is satisfied. All remaining issues are related to what they worked on should be fixed.

All work we were hired to do was done correctly and on time. Belt noise was present on 3 previous occasions when customer came by to discuss getting work done and when vehicle came in for repair. Vehicle left shop with normal idle speed. No high idle problem. After complaint, my response to customer was to bring in vehicle for inspection. After inspection, I would be in a position to recommend a solution and cost of repair, if any. I would be completely responsible if problem resulted from an error in our work.
