Date of transaction one was made on 06/16/22 for an amount of $887.18 via debit card(invoice#****) for a fuel pump replacement. Date of transaction two was made on 07/02/22 for an amount of $260 via cash(invoice#******) for an oxygen sensor. I paid $1147.18 in total without a resolution to my initial problems I was having. ****** from Ellite Automotive(who worked on my car) stated that I had a lot of diagnostic codes and I asked him if he could fix the major issue that would make my car drive properly and that's when he stated that my fuel pump was failing. I asked him if that would make my car run better and if the engine light would come off which he agreed that it should. Otherwise, I would not have wasted my money. At that time my car was able to start and drive but it had some issues. I would like to request a full refund because my issues were not resolved. The issues that I was having were that the engine light was on, car jerking, strong smell, car could not accelerate speed and that it felt like it wanted to shut off which it did shut off on me. I still have these same issues after having it repaired besides the smell. I informed ****** that the engine light came back on and that it still seemed like it wanted to shut off, he then advised me to drive the car around for a week to see if the engine light would come off, but it never came off and the problems persisted. I took my car back and he stated that I needed an oxygen sensor. A couple days later a called him and stated that another problem had arose and that I had a warning sign that read engine power reduced and that I will go ahead and get the oxygen sensor done which I did. I have called him on 07/05/22 and requested a refund but he is refusing to give me a full refund. And now I'm stuck with the initial issues plus another issue that arose. All in all, I just want a full refund so that I can take my car somewhere else to get it fix. I prefer not to take it back to Elite Automotive at this point.
