    On 12/15/21, I had my 2015 Kia ******* towed to Metro **** They told me that the engine locked up and would need a new one. After replacing the motor, I was told that the transmission was slipping. I gave to ok to replace the transmission as well. After about 2 months, I was being told that the transmission was on back order with no ETA. On 3/17/22, I decided to just go get the car and have some on else look at the transmission. I took the car to ******* for an oil change and was told that the oil drained out like water. I then took the car to a local transmission technician and was told that there was nothing wrong with the transmission. He asked had I recently had work done on the engine and I informed him that I had. He stated that it appears that water got down in the engine and cause damage to the computer/electrical system which affects how the transmission preforms. He advice me to take it to Precision Tune. At Precision Tune, I was told that the damage was major and costly and advised to trade the car in which I did. But I am still out of $1888.05 (paid to *********** and I had to finance the remaining balance of the motor ($2354.50); hence, I am still making payments on a motor that I got no use out of and I no longer have the car.
