On 5/8/21 i purchased a car from ***** of Athens, i recently found out that my car is a buyback lemon. i was not aware of this at the time of purchase, i have been having transmission problems out of my car and the car was bough back by *****/Gm due to transmission issues. At the time of purchase if i would have know it was a buyback lemon i would not have purchased the car because the time my daughter was 4 when i got the car and i would never buy a car that could jeopardize her safety or mine. it has broken down on me 3 times since last year and at the time of purchased it was not disclosed to me that there was a buyback limited warranty on the car. i have asked the ** of Athens ***** to repurchase the car but he will not do so. I was able to get a copy of the paperwork on date of purchase and come to find out someone at the dealership forged my signature on a nonconformity form and when doing so they misspelled my name and is not in my handwriting and on the ************************* law form it is not my signature as well or handwriting. i am very displeased and upset that my daughter and I are without of a car due to *****s acts of lying.
