Ellis Hill Collision Center received my car April 30th 2023. I needed frame work and both driver's side doors replaced. I went to check on my car because it had been there 3 weeks. They weren't expecting me. When I went to get personal things from my car someone had gone through my entire car front to back. Someone used my spare tire and stole all of my money from the hidden compartment and the storage under my steering wheel. I would've removed the money prior but I didn't know my companion had found a repair shop so soon. I asked Ellis who had been in my car and why, he said he doesn't know but would investigate. I walked around my vehicle to see the progress, I noticed nothing out of the ordinary outside of my things being touched and stolen. July 7th I went to pick my car up, the tire was flat, my tank was on E, there was an additional 200+ miles on my car, the driver door inside panel was coming off, my speakers sound busted, the interior was filthy, my check engine light was on (how if id just passed emissions? It hadnt been on when Ellis got my car. In 3 years, the light hadnt come on once. I do regular professional maintenance)! My bumper was partially attached to my car as well. I took my car back! I got my car back July 14th 2023, I can't unlock my passenger doors with the keyfob, the driver door panel is still hanging on and he claims to have fully repaired my car. If you can avoid this place then please do. His staff dont know anything either about the damages, and theft.
