    Apartment was inspected end of November, noticed doors off the hinges, toilets acting up, etc. mentioned it all in the move-in inspection, upon moving in Mid-December, none of the items were addressed & the apartment was flooding as we moved in. Mentioned to maintenance of the issues, they mentioned to put in work-orders and they would address them. I put the work-orders in and nothing was addressed for almost a month, only item fixed were the toilets of about 5 other items. *** 3rd the apartment flooded again at 8pm, maintenance came an hour later and helped wet-vac it up, but did not leave the ************** flooded again at 3am Jan 4th and completely flooded the apt. I had to purchase my own wet-vac at 6am to mitigate damage until the leasing office opened at 9am. THERE IS NO EMERGENCY CONTACT FOR MAINETNANCE EMERGENCIES. Maintenance manager helped find us a new apt, planned for fixes and gave us move in date. I had to get movers to move our belongings before it rained again that weekend. Leasing office was contacted throughout the whole process, they only gave us the new lease and mentioned to reimburse us for the moving costs and equipment purchased for the flood, then she took a week vacation without doing any of it with no contact to management. We moved into the new apartment Jan 6th after paying movers again for +$700. On Jan 12 the heater in the new apartment went out and Teray came by Jan 13 to fix it. Upon diagnosing the problem, we spoke and he said he would get a new motor, I later found out after this discussion he was fired directly after and the leasing office did nothing to backfill the work he was in the middle of doing. We were left in the cold for the entire MLK holiday weekend with no heat when some nights were as low as 25 degrees and in the 50s inside the apt with space heaters and a fire going. The leasing Agents and management have been blatantly negligent and untruthful while putting us in ***** way with no care in the world.

    I am being bullied by the Property Manager because I had no hot water for a number of days and I reached out to coorperate and now she is doing anything to retailiate against me.. I am a truck driver and I tried to pay my rent on line the online message said that it take 2 hours to process and when I waited I got a email saying to try later and then the office was closed. After that I tried 5 or 6 more times and it still was not working and I emailed the office and she responded the next day and said that the service was working. And today her worker in the office said that they turn off the on line services on the 3 rd and I have until the 3rd to make my payment.. then I sent her screen shots where I was attempting to make my payments.I explain to her that I am a truck driver and was not in town.. When I return home I got a cashier check and took it in and the worker in the office would not take it unless late fees was added and she said that the manager ******* refuse to take my payment.. And when u ask for her boss info they seems to not have it.. Can someone please help me get some answers
