    How you doing? Ive recently put in a request and sent emails regarding my furnace getting turned off by Atlanta light and gas because it is and has always been a hazard for it to be in use. Which was unknowing to me until they came out. I havent gotten any updates on when my furnace will be replaced, even though Ive reached out via email multiple times about this issue that went unanswered. I recently came home, after my temperature was 77 yesterday to it being almost 60 degrees and extremely cold. I now have to heat up my unit with the stove which Im sure is costing me more money on my electric bill. Since I moved here, Ive been patient with multiple things that needed to be fixed, that I addressed and that I had to wait for months and even a whole year to get accommodated. I put in a request about getting a new door because of it having a huge diagonal crack in the top of the door in between the door frame and door, but instead of a new door the maintenance man just came a did a ghetto repair which still allows outside air in and inside air out which is also causing my temperature in my home to drop during these times where its cold outside. I waited months to get the door fixed, and its still not completely fixed, I waited months for a cieling repair in my bathroom thats still not repaired, I waited a year to get my carpet cleaned because when I initially moved in my unit the carpet wasnt clean and I let it be known but got no service until I renewed the lease this year. I waited a year to get any kind of pest control even though Ive paid for it for over a year and been requesting it for a couple months and literally just received it today. Due to seriousness of the matter, I will not be paying rent until my furnace is replaced/fixed as I was advised it would be. I can NOT live under these conditions and they are of no fault of my own

    I have lived here for 18 months and have my kitchen ceiling leak and fall apart 2x. It is impossible to get anyone out here in a timely manner to cleanup the unit. The most recent being today and when I called the office no one answered even though they are open until 5 pm. When maintenance did show up they figured out the problem but it has been 4 hrs since anyone has given me any update.
