Dont let the years and business fool you! Firm is ran by conservative problematic leaders with unethical business practices. If you are a white man, you will fit right in; everyone else your voice will be silenced. Leaders hide behind titles, and have no true intentions of helping their people. Heavy nepotism and favoritism in selection/promotion process. LOTS of back door deals done if you fit in with the majority. No diversity whatsoever (racial, gender, cultural, religious) if you were ********* and white, thats all that matters. Firm hired a DEI Manager as a Band-Aid, their voice was quickly silenced, and quietly fired when they started to uncover inequities in business. *************************** is worthless, they will listen to your concerns and voice them back to leaders perpetuating retaliation. Firm has a reputation of firing employees who are outspoken and dont fall in line for highly questionable reasons. If you wanna work at a place where it feels like the ****s, and only white men will advance take your chance. I will be amazed if this business last another 10 years with the current practices it continues to uphold.
