Fraudulent scammers who won't even respond. I don't know what I have now.
We bought what we thought was a timeshare at ********************************************* on 4/26/2012. We paid that day $7112.50--purchase price $6995, maintenance fee $117.50. I paid a maintenance fee in 2013 but nothing in 2014. They never sent a bill either year and had to contact them to pay it because I didn't want to lose whatever it is that we have! I've called them to see if we can come only to be told everything is now with ***********. *********** wants us to come--we can use our week that is part of the original deal and they'll tell us what has happened. Earlier, they wanted us to come and "upgrade" at ***********. Do you know anything about this? Is there any way to break this other than losing thousands? I know *********** has changed owners but I don't know who is responsible now. *********** says *********** is. I'm just confused and angry!

Desired Settlement
I just want answers and while it's not too promising, I'd love to get some of our money back. I guess we funded a run down hotel and the management bit off more than they could chew. Now there are hundreds of people holding meaningless contracts.
