            They came out to install,after I spent over $5000.00with them on new air conditner, first thing worker did is take hammer to skirting which was out door backer board and busted at least 5 sheets, Can't replace,then when hauling out old furnice knocked sattlelite dish kittiwampus, then they set air conditnr unit on pad way to small and proped front up with rocks,said they didn't have larger pad. I latter fixed by buying from another place for $125.00 I definitely would not recommend this business.

            We offered Mr. Brown a pad, which he declined. We did make a little bigger hole to put the line set through which we offered to fix at the time. He stated he would attend to it. Mr. Brown said $100 would make everything okay even though it was well above the cost of repair, but that is what Mr. Brown requested so we obliged. We in no way damaged 5 sheets or about 20 feet of his backer board to put a line set through it. Other then that this was over a year ago and never heard a word from him about it.

            I was never offered a l larger pad , and they never offered to fix damage I had to call them to come out and look at all the damage that's when he handed me $100.00 dollars to fix my self, It told him that I was being treated for cancer at the time and it would be a while before I could get at it. This business apparently feels they have to lie so that it makes everything right in their mind. They should have came out and fixed and not required me to do it ,and it was 5 4 foot sheets that they ruined
