The cashier wrote up our order incorrectly which resulted in our receiving a cubic yard of the wrong type of rock. ***** refused to make this right.
An Aaron's employee wrote up an order for us the week of May 9th incorrectly which resulted in a cubic yard of creek gravel, instead of the chocolate rock requested, being delivered to our house May 14th. My wife had a witness with her who heard ***** tell his cashier to ring up the chocolate rock. ***** refused to remove the incorrect rock and sell us the correct rock, so we had to pay someone $100 to get rid of the incorrect rock for us. My wife had been waiting weeks for some chocolate rock, and although that is what ***** told the employee to ring up for my wife when she made the purchase at his place of business, our receipt did not reflect what my wife ordered (due to Aaron's employee's mistake in writing up the order). As a result, we received the rock specified on the receipt instead of what my wife requested ***** to sell her. ***** refused to have a civil discussion with both my wife and I and when we made several phone calls to him. The young man who delivered the rock in a dump truck did not show us what he was delivering before he dumped it, so we had no way of telling if the material being delivered was correct or not before it was dumped. ******* excuse for not cooperating with us is that I threatened his dump truck driver that I would call the police if they left the incorrect rock on our property a few minutes after he delivered it.

Desired Settlement
Refund of our purchase price because Aaron's rang up and delivered the wrong product.

Aaron's is very specific in taking delivery orders on a day to day basis and follows only the exact order which was placed by ********** in person accompanied by a "neighbor" which was very specific in type of rock which is on display to choose from at counter at Aaron's Garden Center *************************. The order was in fact delivered as promised. Our driver followed all request by customer only to be threatened by ********** with Turn that truck off! "I'm calling the police" and attempting to forcefully take original ticket from the driver as if he had been personally assaulted by our !8 year old driver. Customer also attempted to order our driver to bring them an additional load of 1 1/2 chocolate rock which cost more than the gravel they ordered and payed for. After review of original ticket "which was correct" and consideration of the aggressive foul behavior toward the driver this customer was advised not to EVER contact Aarons again!!! My teenage delivery man was very shaken up from this experience. Aaron's is an honest and reputable company that does infact take great pride in taking good care of our honest and loyal customers. We believe ************ are actually upset with themselves due to not forcing us to give them a free load of chocolate rock. The neighbor got the rock they needed and ************ didn't pull one over on Aarons.
