Bought a brand new 800.00 dollar air gun wouldn't hold air they wanted me to pay shipping cost to repair the gun 2 days old, I called the companys phone and left more than 10 messages never received a call back they sent me a paid postage after I typed email if i pay postage you can keep. Sent the broken junk back and told to keep after i called my credit card company . PLEASE CALL THE PHONE NUMBER LEAVE MESSAGE IF THEY CALL YOU BACK THEN MAYBE MAKE A ORDER. If or when the gun breaks good luck getting a part to fix.

Our very first response to you once you mentioned an issue with the item was to give you a choice between sending you parts (in case you wished to repair it yourself) or to have the item sent back to us for assessment. Once you chose to have us look at it, we provided you with a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label. All of this was done within 1 day of your original complaint. You even later acknowledged receiving said return shipping label and apologized for your previous behavior. We just received your item at our facility on April 1, and we are processing your refund request. That being said, we will be unable to provide you with a refund since you have indicated initiating a transaction dispute with your bank. It is against the policy of our payment processor to provide refunds for a transaction that is currently being disputed. We understand that you may be upset having an issue with your new item. However, outright lying in a BBB review does nothing but open you up to possible legal ramifications. We keep copies of all of our customer correspondence, and we would be happy to provide those copies here to you and the BBB if needed.
