            Contracted for a walk in shower. After installation, shower door leaked and wall panels were not attached to the wall in all places. Bath Planet came out and worked on the problem. After repair, door still leaked and Caulking at the seam looked worse. Since then, the clear caulking around the bottom of the shower has mold behind the caulking that looks terrible. The company told me I had a year warranty on the work and now I am told it is for materials only. When I contacted them about 6 weeks ago, it was no problem and they would send someone out to look. With no response I called again and was told they would not come unless I paid them

            I love my new shower surround from Bath Planet of Arkansas! Chris was very helpful from the beginning through the end of the installation. I went into the showroom with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Chris helped me figure out a beautiful fit for my bathroom. When the installers came to my house they were kind and very respectful of my home. They covered up all the floor surfaces where they walked in and out of my home. When the job was done they cleaned up perfectly. Afterwards, the office called to follow up to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas!
