Paint job was bad and parts were replaced incorrectly. Some not even replaced. They had the car a month. Door and hood both need adjustments.
The work was not good at all. The guy was rude on the phone and in person. Most of the replacement parts were fitted incorrectly and resulted in breakage.

RE: Response to ************ Complaint
The insured customer for this specific vehicle was *****************, the complainant's ***********, not *******************. *********** and the vehicle's lien holder, ****************, approved the repairs and signed the payment over to Car Corner Auto Body, LLC. *********** has never complained about the quality of the repairs to this vehicle.
The majority of the time the vehicle in question spent on our property was spent waiting on *********** to receive the payment and approve this business to perform the repairs.
The "rude" ***************** referenced, ************************, is not an employee of Car Corner Auto Body, LLC, and never has been. He is a representative of the owner of this repair shop, **************, and works for him at a separate business.
Furthermore, the vehicle in question has a salvage/rebuilt title, and was repaired before *********** or ************* purchased it. All parts used during the repairs at this business were replaced in accordance with Chrysler Corp. specifications. All parts listed on the insurance estimate were replaced and all repairs listed on the insurance estimate were accomplished. Additionally, in an effort to further please the customer, the vehicle's alternator and two tire pressure monitor sensors were replaced at no additional cost to the customer. The complainant as received $20 for gasoline that he claimed was missing. Furthermore, the entire car was repainted and the vehicle's oil was changed. The door in question was not part of the original insurance estimate, which was written by the insurance company.
************* called this business continually during the repair process and afterward requesting further repairs not listed on the original estimate, all at no cost to him. He was informed that further repairs would need to be approved through a supplementary claim that would need to be filed by *********** with his insurance company, since the repair estimate did not originate from this business. To my knowledge, no supplementary claims were ever filed. Approximately three weeks after the repairs were complete, ************* came to this business complaining of a squeaking engine belt, another issue that was not covered by the original estimate, to which we applied standard belt dressing, which stopped the noise. Approximately one month after the repairs were complete, ************* requested we inspect the vehicle to a strange "clicking" sound that seemed to originate from the right rear of the vehicle. Our employees could not determine the origin of the sound, as they could not hear the sound. Approximately six weeks after completing repairs listed on ***********'s insurance estimate, ************* approached this business about receiving new brake rotors, a routine vehicle maintenance procedure, and yet another part not listed on ***********'s estimate, again at no cost to him. He was informed that the rotors were not part of the repair agreement and the work would not be done for free, but we would be willing to perform any repair he liked at our normal labor rates. During this visit, ************* informed me that he had made the same request of the lien holder, ****************, and was refused there as well. Approximately three months after the repairs listed on the estimate were finished, ************* returned to this business requesting an oil change, believing that the oil was not changed during the repair. I personally reminded him that the oil was in fact changed during the course of the repairs at this business and that after three months of continuous driving, he would need to have this routine maintenance of his vehicle performed.
This business discontinued dealing with ************* for two major reasons: we began to realize that regardless of how many free repairs we performed on his car, there would always be another he would request and he missed no less than three scheduled appointments. I then directed him to speak to ***************** if he felt he had been treated unfairly by me and my employees. ***************** listened to *************'s complaints about his car and agreed to have his mechanics at a separate business, Car Corner Inc., check the vehicle for the continuing strange noise. The mechanics found worn stabilizer bar bushings, a common problem and a routine maintenance function that, again, was not covered by the original estimate. The manager of the service department at Car Corner informed ************* that since the worn bushings were not part of the estimate and since Car Corner was not an interested party in the repairs, that ************* would have to make an appointment and pay for the new bushings and labor associated with such an operation. Approximately one month later, ************* approached ***************** and claimed to have had the bushings replaced but still complained about a noise from the car. ***************** then informed ************* that Car Corner Inc., too, intended to discontinue any discussion about repairing his car without payment for services.
************* will never receive any financial refund from Car Corner Auto Body, LLC, as he was never listed on any claim or financial statement regarding these repairs. Furthermore, because of *************'s general disposition of continually requesting free routine maintenance functions for this vehicle, Car Corner Auto Body is not interested in doing any business with the complainant in the future.
