Q: What is your return policy?
A: Any defective item will be repaired within the standard warranty period for that particular item. All other returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. All items must be in the original packaging and unused. No returns on cut wire or any installed items. Please e-mail them at sales@darvex.com for RMA number when returning an item.
