Complaint: I write this review after MULTIPLE product and extremely poor customer service issues with the HYLA systems of Conway Ark.
I owned a Rainbow vacuum system for on going 3 years before i was offered a HYLA system and filled with the promises of it out performing the rainbow.On 7-6-11 I purchased the system after the demo with full belief that the HYLA system was absolutely the way to go. In the 3 years of owning my Rain bow the only problem i had was that the hose fastner had broke. ***** ******* sold me my first HYLA unit with the confidence that since I lived so far away from the business that any issues with the unit would be personally took care of by him. I mentioned this during the sale that i was not interested due to having to drive across the state of Arkansas if anything happened to the HYLA system i wouldnt have time to make the trip for repairs. ***** reassured me that if anything happened to the unit he would come to me and take care of the situation. I agreed to purchase the unit. With my purchase i was promised a promotional american flag,***** did not have any flags left and said he would personally deliver one the next week. Over for weeks later and multiple contacts by phone i finally received my " promtional " flag. I mentioned to the manager *** ****** that if i couldnt rely on the delivery of my promotional gift....How could I rely on any of the customer service.... I was guaranteed that i would be took care of and within the 3rd payment i payed the System off in full. Within the first 6 months the Systems power head failed and it took 2 weeks to get ***** ******* to come check the situation. When finally checked i was assured that the part was faulty as it would not power up when connected to the main unit. I was given a new power head. Another 6 months went by adding a total of 1 year of use on the main unit and it starting emitting a burnt smell during use and power surging. Again after multiple calls to my REP ***** ******* and waiting 3 weeks he finally came to my residents to check the unit and agreed that something was not right. i was not given a loaner unit when ***** picked my system up due to the fact that he just sold the last unit he had. I was told that he would have my unit back to me within a week after his technician looked at it at his office in Conway Ark. Once again i agreed to this. After 3 weeks and a total of 1 month of being with out a way of cleaning my house i contacted ***** and was told that the " Technician " was not able to find anything and that he personally delivered my unit to Springfield Mo for further diagnosis. I said ok and asked just to be updated, Brayan agreed. 2 more weeks passed and no word on the 2000.00 dollar miracle system i bought i finally came in contact with ***** ******* once again and was told that he just received the unit back and would deliver it promptly. This was the first actual time that a promise was kept by the dealer. I received my unit on the following friday evening ( bare in mind i have been a monthwith out it ) and waited for ***** to deliver it. When he arrived i accepted the unit and was in hurry for a evening with my wife so placed the unit in my house and left after shaking hands with *****. The next day on saturday afternoon i powered the unit and tested it to find THAT THE SAME ISSUE THE UNIT WAS SHIPPED OFF WITH STILL EXISTED. Furious at this point i called *** ****** and and told him the entire circumstance, *** ****** is the manager of HYLA systems in Conway Ark. He assured me that he would talk to ***** and get to the bottom of the situation.After speaking to him i decided to do a little investigating myself and google HYLA of Sprinfield MO and found a number and contacted the business.I gave the person who answered the phone my name and reason for calling to ask if they had performed any repairs to my unit, i was told there technician was out at the moment, since im sadly running out of text here i will just say this that the unit was never repaired at that time and now 6 months later another control head is out as i stare at my unit across floor

date 09-27-13 went to the mail box today,checked my mail been out of my store over 10 days my sister passed **** an that is where my thoughts have been. mr. ***** did call me a couple weeks ago an told me about his issue. the only thing I will say right now jis YES I dropped tht ball I have taken care of this person when I was involved he was mis lead by my rep. an I will take care of him again I will not give him a I will give more information later

Complaint Resolution: Company addressed the complaint issues. The consumer failed to acknowledge acceptance to BBB.

Complaint: the contract was 1.25% interest-when I got my 1st bill it was 17% interest

interest was not what I was told-or on contract

I left a message with *** this morning to see what we can to resolve the matter, he said that the interest is wrong an that it should be 1.25% which stated this on the contract. the contract doesn't state this, he said he was told this.I am waiting on *** to give me more information.

date XX-XX-XX spoke with mr.******* today an agreed on a solution to resolve the incident on the interest on the account. went to the home of mr. ******* an gave the customer on what we agreed on . I feel that this has resolved the matter. iam sure you will hear from *** today or tommorrow
