Complaint I bought an Rv for $39,341.03 on May 29, 2015. I had them deliver it to XXXXX highway 60, canyon, tx XXXXX on June 5, 2015. when I got the RV the shower doors were laying in the shower and had shattered the shower wall slightly because the doors were not locked while being delivered. I called the service department who sent a guy out named John and he said he had to order the parts for the shower. He stated that it would take a bit but they would call me when the parts came in. I called them once to make sure they had my new number and they said ok. I never heard from them about the parts so and had found that the awning was hanging off on the left side and was unusable, I found that the reserve tanks wouldn't hold water but drained when filled so when I climbed under the rv to shut it off I was unable to turn it due to installation sprayed around it. I informed them of these problems. I also informed them of trim coming off of the shower floor. They said they would check it out when they came out. I waited 21 days to check on the parts and talked to mike on XX-XX-XX and he said he didn't know if the parts were in. He said he would call me back in a few. I gave him about 4 hours and called back and he still didn't know. **** said he would call me back again. He never did and I called about 5:30 pm knowing that is when service leaves the business. I talked to mark and he said Mike is working on it and he'll call you right back. He never did. So, I called back and talked to Mr. ******** and he informed me that I had spoken to **** 3 times in one day. I told him about the issues and he said **** would be out to put my shower parts on the next day. Today is XX-XX-XXXX and I have been setting here all day. He never showed up. I am living in this RV and they will not fulfill their agreement, This RV is under warranty for 1 year and it has been less than 30 days since I purchased it. They act like I am bothering them. I want these issues repaired. There is a lemon law. Product_Or_Service: new *************

Business Response When Ms. ******* bought her trailer from us she did not have a vehicle to take the trailer to her lot, we then delivered it to her lot. In transit the shower door had fallen off. I explained to Ms. ******* on warranty repairs units are required to be brought into our Service Department, warranty will not pay for service calls. Since Ms. ******* did not have a vehicle to tow it back to us **** ******** agreed to send a Technician to her for a one time company good will at no charge. We then sent out a technician to take pictures to order the correct door. Myself, her sales person **** and **** himself tried several times to contact Ms. ******* when her shower door came in. We were unable to get ahold of her due to the fact when we called her number we received a message of "all circuits busy". Ms. ******* then began to e-mail us; at this point we corresponded with her via e-mail. **** and I decided that we would make one more effort to go out to her trailer and complete the repairs. I advised Ms. ******* when the technician arrived to show him all her concerns so we could take care of them at that point. Our Technician went out to her trailer and addressed all her concerns. I have included a copy of the email she sent thanking us for taking care of her concerns. There is still an issue with her shower wall, but we have submitted warranty, and an issue sagging that we are working on. This whole thing was just a classic misunderstanding.

Hi ***** I just wanted to touch base with you and let you know that **** took care of all of my concerns and is going to get back to me on the shower wall and what we need to do about it. The only other thing I don't remember getting an answer on was the bottom of the RV sagging so much. Here are some pictures of it. Please let me know if this is normal and maybe we can avoid anot her misunderstanding. Thank You ******** *******
