            On January 23, 2021 I went to all American truck and suv access centers located on 2815 se 82nd Ave Portland, Or 97266 to order a one piece tonneau under cover for my Nissan frontier 2020, I gave $100 as a deposite of the total price of $919. I waited to hear from them until April and never got a call. So I went in and asked about my order. An employee that works there told his boss that the person who took my order never placed that order and that he no longer works for them and told me to call them back the following Monday in the afternoon if I didn't hear from them before. I did call and I was told a different story " that my order was shipped back after holding it at the shop for 3 months and that they had to pay a restocking fee of $240 and because of that they would not refund my $100 that I gave them as a deposite. I'm sure it wasn't my fall since they never called me and what the employee that speaks Spanish told to me and this boss(that the order was never placed). Thanks
